The liver is one organ in the body that is capable of regenerating itself, but because of all the air pollution going around, unhealthy lifestyle, and food habits, the liver is being asked to take on too much.

·         Reduce serving sizes to two or three ounces and don’t take seconds.
·         Replace some meat with beans and grains.
·         Use skimmed  milk .
