EFFECTIVE FOOD COMBINING

Effective food combining means that some foods should not be eaten  with others. Different types of foods require different types of digestive juices and not all digestive juices are compatible. For example, eating meat and potatoes together, cheese and bread, fish and rice, may all be wrong food combining which may be destructive to health.
This is because, different foods are digested differently. Starchy foods require an alkaline digestive medium. Protein foods require an acid medium for digestion. According to  a law in chemistry, two contrary mediums cannot work at the same time. They neutralize each other. Eating a starchy food with a protein food together could impair digestion or even arrest it. Undigested food becomes a soil for bacteria.
Combining foods that are incompatible robs us of energy and may even produce diseases. It  creates excess acid which makes the blood to thicken and thereby move more slowly through the system, robbing the body of oxygen.
Effective food combining means eating in a more sensible way. The best way to avoid wrong food combining is to eat only one condensed food at a meal. Condensed foods are foods that are not rich in water. It is best not to eat carbohydrates and protein at the same time. For example, meat and potatoes together. Have  both of them differently, like beef for lunch and potatoes for breakfast. We can  also have a condensed food with a water rich food, for example baked potatoes with salad and steamed vegetables.

HEALTH  IMPLICATIONS OF WRONG FOOD COMBINING
1. We   wake up in the morning feeling tired.
2. It takes longer time for food to digest.
3. A lot of the energy we need is wasted on food digestion.
4. Leads to weight gain.
5. Causes fatigue.
6. Pulls the digestive system in two different directions.
7. Leads to food intolerance.
