WATER RICH FOODS



Eighty percent of our body is made up of water. We have to  ensure that seventy percent of our diet  is made  up of foods that are rich in water. This means  fresh fruits, vegetables and their  juices freshly squeezed.

Drinking at least eight cups of  water is very good because it helps to flush our system. We  should also eat foods that are  naturally rich in water{water -content foods}. Water rich foods are  fruits, vegetables and sprouts. These  will provide us with an abundance of water, the life-giving, cleansing substance. When  people live on a diet that is low in water content foods, an unhealthy functioning of the body is also guaranteed.
Our diet should be  consistently assisting our body with the  process of cleansing rather than burdening it with indigestible foodstuff.
The  build up of  waste products within the body promotes disease. One way to keep the bloodstream and body as free as possible from waste and toxic poisons is to limit eating of foods that strain the eliminative organs of the body. We have to provide enough water for our system to assist in the dilution and elimination of wastes.  If the blood stream is filled with waste products, this does not promote a strong, vibrant and healthy life.
We can slow down the aging process by eating more water rich foods. One way of ensuring that seventy percent of our diet consist of water rich foods is by ensuring that we have a salad with each meal. Make fruits the snack you reach for instead of a candy.

WATER RICH FRUITS
Fruits that are rich in water content include pineapples, oranges, blueberries, watermelon, strawberries, apples, cherries, grapes,pears, etc. These fruits supply fluid to the body and also provides nutrients like minerals and vitamins.
WATER RICH VEGETABLES
Water rich vegetables when eaten helps to flush out toxins from the body. They include cucumbers, broccoli, cabbages, lettuce, pumpkin, spinach, ginger, chili pepper, garlic, tomato, egg plant etc.
