ARE YOU STRESSED ? (PART TWO)
Stress comes with all of life’s daily hassles, traffic jams,
long lines, petty arguments, and other relatively small irritations. Stress
also comes with crises and life –changing events, such as illness, marriage
problems or divorce, losing a job, getting a new job, or children leaving home.
All these events may force you to adjust whether you are
ready to or not. Unless you can regularly release the tension that comes with
stress, it can greatly increase your risks of physical and mental illness.

located at the bottom of the bladder, about halfway between the retum and the base of the penis. It encircles the
urethra, the tube that carries urine from the bladder out through the penis.
This walnut-sized gland produces most of the fluid in semen.
The three most common prostate problems are : infection(prostatitis), prostate enlargement(

ULCERS
An ulcer is a sore or crater in the lining of the
gastrointestinal tract. Most ulcers develop in the stomach or in the upper part
of the small intestine. Ulcers develop when something damages the protective
lining of the gastrointestinal tract. This allows stomach acid and enzymes to
eat away at the wall of the stomach or upper small intestine.
